At Angry Monkey, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This Returns and Refunds Policy explains your rights and our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the ACL.

2. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including but not limited to:

  • You ordered the wrong item
  • You no longer want the item
  • You found the item cheaper elsewhere

Please choose carefully before purchasing.

3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product:

  • Is faulty or defective
  • Is significantly different from its description
  • Is unsafe or not fit for its normal purpose
  • Was damaged in transit
  • Is not what you ordered

If your item has a major fault, you may choose a refund or replacement.

If the fault is minor, we may offer a repair or replacement.

5. Return Conditions

Where a return is approved:

  • Items should be returned in their original condition where reasonably possible
  • You may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

6. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and assessed:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required under ACL

7. Sale Items

Sale or discounted items are subject to the same rights under Australian Consumer Law. However, we do not offer refunds for change of mind on sale items.

If we supply digital products or downloads:

  • Refunds are not provided for change of mind once access has been granted
  • Refunds may be available if the digital product is faulty or inaccessible
